About Krystal

Integrated Psychedelic Therapy | Ceremony & Ritual Space Holder | Psycho-Somatic & Oracular Guide | Ancestral Educator

Krystal is originally from Detroit, Michigan and currently lives on Kaua’i, Hawaii and travels internationally.

Her ancestral lineage is mostly Northern European, with a touch of Native American. She has been an active student of her ancestor’s Pagan Wheel of the Year and much of her life centers around these studies of the cyclical ways of living and being.

She has extensive training in Integrated Psychedelic Therapy through the profound 3-year AWE Training under the guidance of Lila Vega. In this training, she received initiations with Lila Vega, the Cofan (AI) tribe, Wixárika people (Huichol), and the Tzʼutujil lineage of Tobacco with Ramiro Perez.

She has completed the master plant diets of Rose with Richard Wade & Jane Mayer (Shipibo & Q’ero traditions), as well as a Seya (Mama) Diet with Matsini Yawanawa, the chief of the Yawanawa tribe.

She has a decade of studies with cacao through the lens of the Tzʼutujil & Kachiquel Mayan lineages of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala as well as a longterm study with the Cacao Shaman, Keith Wilson.

Krystal’s trauma informed background is as an Trauma Integration Practitioner (Lori Gill) and Internal Family Systems Practitioner (IFS Institute).

Krystal’s energy medicine background comes from Theta Healing (Advanced Level), Reiki II (Nicholas Harris) and her Psycho-Spiritual Chakra System studies with Anodea Judith.

In addition, Krystal is a yoga teacher and has received training as a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher (Harsh Ramani), Trauma Informed Yin Yoga Teacher (Jenn Wooten).

Krystal is also a Fardada in the Santo Daime Church and has been studying the path of ayahuasca for nearly a decade now.

Her work can be described as bridge work, as much of it focuses on bridging the ancestral with the modern, the mind with the heart, the body with the spirit.

Since she was a young child, she has had a strong connection to the unseen world and was an “undiagnosed” processing medium.

Now she helps others who are highly sensitive and empathic and suffer from PTSD & C-PTSD, trauma, depression and anxiety connect to their inherent wisdom and gifts.

Krystal also has a deep passion for the mystery, the liminal, the ancestral and the void, and these realms of existence are what fuels the containers she creates and education she offers.

Through her work, she hopes to connect people to their depth, their heart, their wisdom, their bodies and the Great Mystery.
