Ceremonial & Psychedelic Facilitation
An intentional space to explore your inner world, understand the patterns shaping your life, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself.
Why do ceremonial work?
There are many parts of ourselves that we cannot think our way into, talk our way out of, or access through the mind alone.
We can spend years understanding our trauma, our attachment patterns, and the ways we've learned to protect ourselves, yet still find ourselves returning to the same places in our lives.
The same relationships. The same fears. The same ways of abandoning ourselves, shutting down, or reaching for something outside of us to feel whole.
Ceremony offers us a different way of entering into relationship with these parts of ourselves.
Through intentional work with psychedelic medicines, somatic practices, ritual, and the unseen, we create space to meet what has been pushed down, forgotten, or waiting to emerge.
This work is not about having a profound experience for the sake of having one.
It is about what becomes possible when we begin to meet ourselves more fully, and what we choose to do with what we discover.
At Earth & Spirit Medicine, ceremonial work is held within a larger arc of preparation, ceremony, and integration, with attention to the nervous system, your personal history, and the life you are returning to afterward.
My approach to ceremony
An arc of healing
I don't approach ceremony as a single event. Every ceremonial container includes preparation, the experience itself, and integration afterward.
Preparation
We begin by getting to know you. Your history, your intentions, the patterns you are working with, and the resources you have available to support you.
For psychedelic offerings, we also explore relevant health considerations, potential risks, and which medicine is appropriate for you.
Ceremony
The ceremonial space is an opportunity to step outside of our ordinary ways of relating to ourselves and explore what arises when we commune with the mystery and the plant/mycelial teachers.
We work with the experience as it unfolds, rather than trying to force it toward a particular outcome. Live and recorded music, energy healing, internal family systems & parts work, chants & songs are some of the tools we utilize in the space, depending on the needs you present.
Integration
Ceremony is only 20 - 50% of the experience. Integration is where the rubber meets the road, where we turn the insight into wisdom, action, transformation or change.
Integration is often the most fruitful part of our time together, and because of that many clients continue working with me for years post-ceremony.
Let's explore working together.
If you're curious about ceremonial work, I invite you to begin with a conversation.
We can explore what you're seeking, what you've experienced before, and whether one of my offerings feels appropriate for where you are in your life.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to work with before reaching out.
Sometimes the first conversation is simply an opportunity to begin understanding what is asking for your attention.
