At Earth & Spirit Medicine, I guide individuals, couples, and groups through psychedelic healing, trauma recovery, integration, ceremony, retreats, pilgrimages, and trainings.
My work weaves licensed facilitation, somatic psychology and indigenous traditions into a living path of healing and remembrance.
My background as a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator and somatic psychotherapist-in-training ensures a practice that is both trauma-informed and heart-centered.
With nearly 15 years of professional experience in this field, Earth & Spirit Medicine is a space where we bridge the clinical with the cyclical, mystical and ancestral.

My story
Hello, I’m Krystal.
I’m so grateful our paths have crossed—what a beautiful synchronicity. It’s an honor to support you on your healing journey.
My work in the realm of healing began long before I had words for it. As a child, I was often seen as “different” because of my heightened sensitivity and deep connection to the unseen world, which I later came to understand as psychic mediumship.
My passion for mysticism guided me to the plant and mycelial realms, where I immersed myself in transformative work and deep spiritual and emotional alchemy. I often joke I “accidentally” spent years in self-guided psychedelic therapy, which opened doors to profound growth and self-understanding and to my path as a medicine woman.
This path deepened when I began studying with indigenous lineages from Central and South America, learning from their wisdom traditions and sacred medicines—a devotion that has shaped my life over the past decade.
Having navigated my own healing from multi-generational trauma, chronic depression, cancer, autoimmune conditions, abuse, and sexual trauma, I intimately understand the courage it takes to walk this path. My life’s work is dedicated to supporting others through their own healing, meeting them with compassion, reverence, and care.
