1-on-1 Mentorship

Working with me 1-on-1, we will begin our work with my signature offering, the Sacred Spiral of Transformation, which is rooted in guiding you through a structured, ceremonial journey that moves through four essential stages of transformation. This is a container that combines therapy with alchemy, ceremony & ritual, spirituality, and somatics. We can work virtual or in-person, weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly.

Individual, Couple or Group Ceremony

Together with the intelligence and guidance of the plants we can create a container around a specific intention, prayer or passage you are navigating now with preparation, set & setting & integration support. I also offer Rites of Passage Ceremonies such as Blessingways, Birthdays and more. Plant Immersions & Studies

Working with non-psychedelic plants in a study or immersion is something we utilize when you are ready to make a big shift in your life, particularly around harmful habits and patterns. Starting with 3 days and for up to 10 days, we’ll work with a plant to transform your life and create a deep relationship with this plant.

Preparation & Integration Support

The most important part of medicine work is the way the container is opened and closed. Work with me to help you get clear on your intentions and prayers and support the healing, preparation and integration that’s needed with your ceremonial work.

Energy Healing Sessions

In a safe and nurturing space, we will explore and release blockages and negative energies utilizing energy healing, reiki, theta healing, or tobacco to help you restore balance and connect with the core essence of who you are.

Retreat or Pilgrimage

Join me for a retreat or pilgrimage, held 3-4 times a year with a community of like-minded people on a similar path of awakening and remembrance. Dates for 2025 coming soon!

Individual and Group Rituals & Ceremonies

The plants are our elders and teachers, as they’ve been around for millennia and hold the wisdom of the ages.

Sometimes, on our healing journeys, plant medicine can bring us profound healing that is hard to access without this important wisdom.

With reverence, humility, respect it’s possible for us to create a healing ceremony for you, a small group, or community you are within.

As a trained Psychedelic Guide and Medicine Woman, I offer ceremonies and Rites of Passage rituals that are tailored to your specific intentions and prayers.

I offer both therapeutic guided sessions as well as ceremonies and rituals with the music, prayers and chants that I carry from the lineages I’ve studied over the last 10 years.

This work is offered in two licensed psilocybin centers in Colorado, Sanctum Aspen and Go Within Collective.
