The Fertile Void
A 1-on-1 Plant Medicine Mentorship Journey to explore the depths of consciousness through the lens of spiritual alchemy
Do you feel like you're repeating the same patterns—in relationships, in emotions, in the way you move through the world—but no matter what you do, you can’t seem to shift them?
Are you in a phase of deep transition, sensing that something in you is ready to emerge, but you don’t yet have the container, the community, or the spiritual tools to hold you through it?
Do you crave a depth of healing that goes beyond talk therapy—something that moves through your body, your soul, your subconscious, and the unseen?
This eight-week immersive study is a portal into the depths of your being, where we will walk the path of spiritual alchemy, guided by the wisdom of plant allies and the ancient map of transformation.
What is spiritual alchemy?
Spiritual alchemy is the art of turning lead into gold—the lead being the unconscious patterns, the wounds, the heavy burdens we carry, and the gold being liberation, wholeness, and the radiant truth of our soul.
Carl Jung called this process The Magnum Opus—The Great Work—a journey of integrating the unseen aspects of self, bringing together what has been fragmented, repressed, or lost.
This seven-stage initiation will guide you to:
Break free from repeating patterns that no longer serve you.
Liberate yourself from fear, self-doubt, and inherited trauma.
Reclaim your power from the places you’ve given it away.
Transform pain into wisdom, shadow into embodied presence.
This is not about bypassing or forcing healing—it is about meeting what has been unseen, holding it, integrating it, and allowing it to become part of your strength.
Who this journey is for
This experience is not for everyone—it is for those who feel the call deep in their bones.
This study is for you if:
You are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, or a major life transition and feel drawn to alternative paths of healing.
You want to work with plant allies in a ceremonial, intentional, and deeply respectful way—one that honors both their wisdom and your own.
You have tried talk therapy, self-help, and spiritual practices, yet there are still parts of you that feel untouched, unseen, or unhealed.
You have felt like you needed to suppress your truth, your emotions, your desires to fit into relationships, communities, or societal expectations.
You are tired of spiritual spaces that bypass or ignore the deeper aspects of shadow, emotion, trauma, and transformation.
If any of these resonate, this journey was made for you.
“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
— Carl Jung
What is psycholytic dosing?
Considered to be similar to m*crodosing, "psycholytic" means "soul-dissolving," but I’ve also heard of it described as "ego loosening".
A mantra used with psycholytic dosing is "go low, and go slow".
It involves ingesting lower doses of mycelium & plants at a greater frequency where you are fully oriented to the experience, rather than in a macro-dose, or large dose journey.
Psycholytic dosing is slightly different from traditional m*crodosing, as the dosing is a bit larger and the effects of the mycelium or plants are quite perceptual, rather than m*crodosing’s sub-perceptual effects.
An experienced guide and well-intentioned set & setting is necessary for the space to allow for the benefits of psycholytic dosing to emerge.
Psycholytic dosing has been around for over 100 years, but has been highly neglected by our modern therapeutic world.
It is usually used in tandem with talk therapy and is often done when a person has a desire to gently loosen their defense mechanisms and explore repressed emotions and memories that may be wreaking havoc in their life and causing symptoms such as depression and anxiety and a general feeling of dis-harmony within.
Other benefits include an expansion of awareness, cognitive and emotional insights, shifts in perspective.
I love psycholytic dosing because it allows us to move at the pace of our slowest parts, and gently explore the depths of our beings without the harshness of a big dose journey.

Preparation Call
Week 1: Calcination
We’ll begin with a gentle descent into the darkness of winter, and begin to call forth that which is buried, hidden, the material of the unconscious. Often symbolized by fire and ash, by acknowledging our darkness, we often fuel the fire for the transformation of it.
Week 2: Dissolution*
We deepen into our inner waters to explore our fears around our deepest parts of ourselves, and create a gentle container for an outlet for repressed emotions pushed down in our psyche, which can be very cathartic as we free ourselves from the inauthentic defenses we create to hide behind.
Week 3: Separation
Often referred to as un-blending and associated with the element of air, this week will be dedicated to completing the process of purification, and stepping back from our habitual thought processes and trigger responses and start to sense our true essence, and how it differentiates from our acquired personality.
Week 4: Conjunction*
After the first three stages of purification, we begin our process of embodiment, working with the element of Earth. We begin to unify all we’ve discovered so far, as well as the body and spirit, as we begin to understand our inherent self, intuition and emotional intelligence.
Week 5: Putrefaction
Putrefaction is a process that describes the composting of one’s old self and the rebirth of one’s true Self. The first four weeks are all about transforming the shadow, the darkness, the in-authentic and un-true, and combining all the elements within us. This stage can be likened to the rebirth of the phoenix from its own ashes.
Week 6: Distillation*
In a distillation process, the essence of a matter is liberated. In Jungian terms, this stage is the assimilation of the shadow into our true self. At this stage, the conscious and unconscious aspects of the self are brought into harmony, creating the song of your true soul.
Week 7: Coagulation
Coagulation involves solidifying solidification of our true self and can be likened to healing from a wound as we feel ourselves to be independent and complete. This is a moment which we celebrate and acknowledge all that we are, as we connect more deeply to our true “gold” or essence than ever before.
